2.第二步：登陆进入大赛官网页面,了解大赛须知，下载并详细填写“参赛报名表”，附个人信息，标明报送作品的参赛组别和类别。

3.第三步：投稿方式为将参赛报名表投递至大赛指定邮箱。摄影作品、短视频作品只需将电子版作品投递至大赛指定邮箱；
